Do I need to set up an account? No, you do not need an account to shop with us. However, registering offers additional benefits, such as:

  • Requesting returns directly from your account

Where do you ship to? We currently ship exclusively to:

  1. United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  2. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

  6. Qatar

We do not currently ship to other regions.

How long will delivery take? Orders are delivered via a third-party courier. Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE and Kuwait: 5-7 working days

  • Other Gulf countries: 10-14 working days

How will I know if an item is out of stock? Out-of-stock items will display a "Sold Out" label.

How do I search for a specific item? Use the search bar at the top of the website to search by Product Name, Product ID, or Description. If you need help finding an item, contact our customer service team.

How do I select a payment currency? The website will default to the currency of your shopping region, which can be changed at the top right-hand corner of the homepage.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept:

  • Visa & MasterCard

  • Online credit

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (an additional 20 SAR fee applies in Saudi Arabia)

We do not accept cheques.

Are Gift Cards available? No, we currently do not offer Gift Cards.

How will I know if my order has been received? After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with your shipment tracking number will follow once your order is confirmed and processed. If there are payment issues, we will notify you immediately.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package by contacting our customer care team.

Is my package insured, and will I need to sign for it? Yes, all packages are insured until delivery. A signature is required upon arrival, but someone else may sign on your behalf.

How do I change my delivery address or scheduled delivery date? If your order has not yet shipped, our customer care team can assist with address or delivery date changes. However, we cannot change the address to another country or modify it after dispatch.

What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged? We ensure high-quality products, but if you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact our customer care team immediately.

What is your returns policy? You may return a product under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • The order was made by mistake.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The received product does not match the order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • You will receive an email confirming whether your return request is approved.

  • Returns are not applicable on discounted items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of incorrect shipments, in which we will cover courier charges.

Do you ship to multiple addresses? No, each order can only be shipped to one address.

Are there additional taxes or customs fees? We do not charge extra fees. However, any customs duties or taxes imposed by the receiving country will be the customer’s responsibility.

Why do you ask for ID in Qatar and Saudi Arabia? For smooth customs clearance, some countries require ID details, including National ID, passport, or other government-issued proof of residence. The ID name and number must match the details on your order. Once submitted, we will not request it again until expiration.

Is my personal information secure? Yes, we take data security seriously. Our site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect transactions.
