Product Returns Policy

SOGAT COLABA offers a 15-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• The return must be made at the customer’s expense, including shipping fees.
• The product must be sent back via registered post with insurance covering the value of the item to safeguard against loss or damage.
• Only products returned in their original, complete condition will be accepted.
• Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been used beyond simply opening the product will not be eligible for a refund or return.
• The return period is effective from the date of receipt of the order.
